Q: Is this site secure?

Q: How do you handle email and personal contact information?
A: All information received from our customers is held in the utmost care. We will never sell, rent, or disclose any information to an outside company or person. All information is kept for internal purposes. We only contact you if you give us permission. Bottom line. Our newsletters or only a tool to keep you informed. Nothing else.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone instead of the internet site?
A: Absolutely. You can call us at anytime, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 10am - 4pm EST. Someone in our customer service department can help you in assisting your order.
Q: If I have a question, or a problem with my order, what is the best way to reach you?
A: Because of the fast past nature of our society, the easiest way is to contact us through our website. However, you may also reach our customer service department at 1-813-715-9923 during normal business hours.
Q: I ordered an item but it’s on backorder, do I have to pay shipping for that again once it comes in?
A: No. If you place an order with multiple items and some are out of stock, we will put your items on a backorder list and ship them to you free of charge once they arrive.
Q: I would like to return my order, what do I do?
A: Sales are final. Some products come with a manufacturer’s money back guarantee. In these instances, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Q: I received my item and it was defective, what do I do?
A: Defective returns will be accepted for exchange. Defective returns must be received within 15 days of original purchase date. Please contact the our customer service department for a Return Authorization number (RAN). Packages without prior RA will be refuses.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: All orders are sent through a variety of shipping companies; United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), and DHL. We ship items to our discretion. All in-stock orders are typically shipped the same day and only take a few days to arrive. Normal arrival times are between 7-10 business days. Usually earlier.
Q: Is my order trackable?
A: Yes, all orders are shipped UPS and tracking notifications are sent to all our customers once we receive the tracking number.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Pay Pal as credit card Payments. We also accept Money Orders.
Q: Do I have to pay Sales Tax on my order?
A: We only collect Sales Tax in the State of Florida, thus any order from a customer from Florida or shipping to Florida would have to pay the 7% Sales Tax.
Q: How can I check the status of my order online?
A: If you have created an account, you may long in and access your order information and check the current status of shipping and tracking info. You may also call our customer service department as well.
